Fusionworks, Inc. is a business and technology
advisory firm organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto
Rico on April 15, 2002. Our goal is to help our customers transform
their enterprise through the use of better business practices as
well as state of the art technology. We achieve this by having the
most robust skills inventory and technology in the market.
We named the company Fusionworks because our main
competitive advantage is that we bring together business knowledge
and technology expertise to create robust solutions for our customers.
Our consultants have a strong functional and technical background.
We combine these in every engagement to ascertain that the solutions
being created address and solve business issues.

Fusionworks is a Client-Centric Organization, as
a consulting firm, our product is our people. We sell man hours of
the most talented professionals. We have the most experienced resources
available to our customers, when they need them.
Fusionworks, Inc. was founded by three ex-Oracle’s
top executives. These are CPA Jorge Mejia, ex-Oracle Practice Manager
for Business Solutions, Luis Santiago, ex-Oracle Practice Manager
for Technical Solutions and Leslie Luciano, ex-Oracle Consulting Director
for Central America and the Caribbean region.
Currently, Fusionworks staffs 25 full time employees and contractors.
